200 Nm³/h Ambient Air Vaporizer
The 200 Nm³/h Ambient Air Vaporizer is a heat exchange device used in cryogenic gas supply systems to convert liquefied industrial gases into gaseous form before entering the distribution pipeline.
The system operates using ambient air as the heat source, eliminating the need for external energy consumption and making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution. Cryogenic liquids such as LOX, LIN, LAr, and LCO₂ enter the vaporizer at extremely low temperatures of around -196°C, where they are heated through specially designed aluminum heat exchange fins and converted into gas.
With a vaporization capacity of 200 Nm³/h (based on liquid argon), the vaporizer is suitable for medium-scale industrial gas systems such as manufacturing plants, metal processing facilities, gas supply stations, and cryogenic storage installations.
The vaporizer is designed with a design pressure of 3.5 MPa and a maximum working pressure of 3.0 MPa, ensuring safe and stable operation under industrial conditions. The system also features a low pressure drop (≤0.05 MPa), allowing efficient gas flow and minimizing system energy loss.
