  • Pipeline Pressure Reducing Valve

    The pipeline pressure reducing valve is a device used to reduce and stabilize gas pressure from the inlet pipeline to a safe level that meets the operating requirements of downstream systems. The product is widely applied in industrial gas, medical gas, and liquefied gas systems such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, and CO₂.

    Basic Specifications:

    • Working flow rate: 500 Nm³/h

    • Applicable media: O₂, N₂, Ar, CO₂, or equivalent industrial gases

Storage Tanks for Diverse Industries

Shennan and Shennan Vietnam have hands-on experience in deploying storage tanks for the medical, industrial, energy, food, and research sectors, ensuring that each system is properly consulted, designed, and installed to meet the specific usage requirements and operating conditions of each industry.

Cement, Lime, and Gypsum

Purpose of use: Serving building materials production systems, ensuring stable, safe, and high-efficiency storage and supply of CO₂ gas.

Automobile components

LN₂ storage tank: 30m³, pressure 1.6 MPa. Vaporization system: 2 ambient temperature vaporizers, capacity 1,000 Nm³/h each.

Electrical equipment

The project includes a series of liquid oxygen (LOX) and liquid carbon dioxide (LCO₂) tanks, specifically designed for the unique climatic and pressure conditions of Tibet.

Industrial steel

The argon and CO₂ gas storage and vaporization system used in structural welding processes is a complete integrated system, from storage and vaporization to pressure regulation.

Industrial equipment

The project includes three small tanks: LAr (liquid argon), LO₂ (liquid oxygen), and LCO₂ (liquid CO₂). This small tank system is designed for convenience, portability, and easy installation.

Industrial gas

The Shennan Technology team recently conducted a routine inspection and maintenance visit to the Hengshan Gas plant in Zhejiang.

Installation Conditions

  • Concrete foundation shall comply with the load requirements per technical drawings

  • Safety clearance in accordance with fire protection regulations

  • Piping, valves, and vaporizers shall be installed as per the system schematic

  • Lifting requirements in accordance with the tank weight
